This Month:
Flight Deals saving up to £600 ✈️📉
📢£406 | ✈️ Dublin ➡️ Lagos, Nigeria
26/11/2025 - 26/12/2025 book here/customise
Booking note: Did someone say December in Lagos!?! This dirt-cheap itinerary is for the remote workers who would prefer a month of sun, suya and party vibes. To spend only 1-3 weeks in Nigeria for this price you need to travel in November, with Sunday return flights being the sweet ingredient that makes it £406.
📢£369 | ✈️ London ➡️ Seoul, South Korea
29/11/2025 - 14/12/2025 book here/customise
Booking note: This won’t be a warm holiday but December in Korea is a whole winter wonderland vibe! Think extravagant lights and novelty experiences - plus the culture, food, shopping and sights that Seoul has to offer year-round. A checked bag is included in the price so you can bring your layers (and keep space for your shopping on the way home!) Korea is visa-free for UK passport holders until the end of the year <3
📢£535 | ✈️ London ➡️ Melbourne, Australia
03/11/2025 - 16/11/2025 book here/customise
Booking note: In case it’s not obvious, this is a good price for over 24 hours worth of travel to Melbourne (+ back) in its summer season plus it includes checked in luggage! I’ve flown with China Eastern before and didn’t have any issues, it’s just a longgg journey to Australia. On the way over you can stretch your legs in Shanghai through their free transit visa and the return flight includes just a 3 hour layover. If you book this let me know and I can share recommendations for both Melbourne and Shanghai.
📢£560 | ✈️ London➡️ Colombo, Sri Lanka
25/09/2025 - 06/10/2025 book here/customise
Booking note: I LOVE Etihad as an airline. Flying economy with them is luxe and I honestly recommend it as an experience in and of itself (they had your geeky sis asking about the model of the plane and wanting a tour of first class). You’ll see that the cheapest price for this is £495 with an OTA, look back at my advice to determine if you want to take the risk. But by booking direct with Etihad you can add a 23kg bag for £30 return and even opt-into a stopover in Abu Dhabi with free hotel accommodation for up to two nights. (Etihad please sponsor me :D) Sri Lanka requires a visa but the UAE one is free on arrival.
Disclaimer: Price drops last anywhere between minutes and days, but never forever. Although I’ve personally verified these flight prices they may not be the same by the time you’ve clicked through. If you've missed out on a deal don’t worry, there will be more.
Discounted Accommodation Tips
Quite a few of you were inspired by my accommodation steal in Santorini and wanted tips on finding deals that help you sleep easy. While my general accommodation preferences (apartments and hostels) makes things pretty cheap as standard - here’s the few things I’ve learnt about getting nice accommodation at a noice price.
Like flights, accommodation pricing is dynamically based on availability and a desire to fill rooms. Because of this, if you are travelling in a low season and want cheaper accommodation, waiting for prices to go down up to 4 weeks before you arrive would be worthwhile. If it is high-season, or a known concert or sporting event is taking place, do not take this risk because those prices will shoot up!
Package holiday sites are certainly my plug for discounted hotels. They often come with flights but honestly - try toggling that off and you’ll find that the hotel alone is what’s making it affordable.
BA Holidays - Surprisingly good value for non-budget direct flights and legit, well-reviewed hotels included in the packages.
Booking.com – Seems to allow businessowners to easily slash the price of their accommodation. That’s how I found the Santorini deal and recently someone found a price slash booking a hotel on the same day with this site too.
Last-Minute.com - As the name suggests this site offers last minute price slashes, I’d say this site works best for rooms in large Hotel chains or for getting luxe upgrades vs what a standard hotel budget could get you. To help paint the picture, I stayed in a beautiful free-standing bathtub and champagne for breakfast hotel in Amsterdam for £130 per night with this site, a price that could have gotten me a much more standard hotel experience in Western Europe.
Agoda – Agoda is pretty good if you are travelling in Asia, It’s often cheaper than Booking.com and there’s loads of coupon codes to sweeten the deal.
Love Holidays - Although mainly for European and close by destinations I’ve found stupidly good deals on this site - like the mistake price that allowed me to take my mum to a 5* star all-inclusive for half the price it cost the next day! More champagne please!
Tip: Once you find a place you like, always check if it’s cheaper to book directly on the hotel’s website. Booking sites take a cut when selling accommodation so hotels are often happy to offer that same 10–15% off for direct bookers. Or free perks like late checkout or breakfast. Also opt for free cancellation if you can, that’ll give you flexibility to check for price cuts elsewhere closer to departure.
